2 quarts (2liters) water.
1 cup (250ml) dried herbs.
Large spaghetti type pot.
To Make
1: Boil the water in the large pot.
2: Next, add dried herbs to the boiling water, cover, and turn off the heat.
3: After 2 minutes, uncover, stir the herbs, and remove from the stove.
To Use
1: Put the pot on a table or counter where you can sit comfortably with your face around 6 inches above the mixture. Place a large towel over your head and allow it to hang down around the pot so that it catches the vapors and steam. Keeping a comfortable distance from the pot, try to stay under the towel as long as you can.
